The Board wishes to inform the shareholders of Grit and the general public that the unaudited abridged consolidated
financial statements of the Company for the three months and nine months ended 31 March 2018 have been published
and can be viewed on the Company’s website (www.grit.group).
Grit has its primary listings on both the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd and the Main Board of the
JSE Limited.
