In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
Imbalie Beauty advises shareholders that Ms Daleen Oosthuizen has
resigned as interim Financial Director of the Company with immediate
effect.

Ms Rina de Jager (BCom) has been appointed as the Financial Director.
Rina has a wealth of experience in the FMCG and Franchising sectors.

The Board and management would like to thank Daleen for her
contribution and wish Rina a very successful tenure at Imbalie Beauty.
