(“Grit” or the “Company”)


                                   COMMUNIQUE 

Shareholders of the Company and interested parties are referred to the announcement released by Grit on 3 May 2018,
wherein the Board of directors (the “Board”) of Grit had announced that the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”)
approved the extension of the deadline for publishing the Company’s interim (quarterly) reports for the period ended 31
March 2018 (“interim quarterly reports”) until 31 May 2018.

The Board of the Company now further advises shareholders and interested parties that the interim quarterly reports
are still being reviewed by the Company’s auditors in the context of its proposed listing on the main market of the London
Stock Exchange and have not been able to meet the approved extension deadline for publishing as mentioned above.

Consequently, the Company has obtained the formal approval of the SEM to extend the publication deadline of its
interim quarterly reports to Wednesday, 6 June 2018.
