FURTHER EXTENSION OF THE TERM OF OFFICE OF THE NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS


Bondholders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on Monday, 19 February 2018,
wherein bondholders were advised of the extension of the term of office of the non-executive directors
of the board of SANRAL (“Board”), (the “Announcement”).

Further to the Announcement, bondholders are advised that the term of office of the non-executive
directors of the Board has been further extended, with effect from 1 May 2018 for a maximum of 2
months ending 30 June 2018, or until the finalisation of the appointment of new members to the Board,
whichever comes first.
