Availability of Annual Financial Statements - BILETS Letshego Holdings Limited Incorporated in the Republic of Botswana Registration number 98/442 Issuer Code:BILETS (“Letshego Holdings” or “the Company”) Availability of the Audited December 2017 Annual Financial Statements Noteholders are referred to the announcement released on Sens on 12 March 2018 pertaining to the Issuer’s Annual Financial Statements(“AFS”) as well as the audited AFS which are now available on the Issuer’s website for purposes of complying with the issuer’s local statutory requirements. Noteholders are advised that while a full audit of the AFS has been carried out by PWC Botswana, PWC Botswana has not been accredited by the JSE as yet, pursuant to section 7.10(a) of the JSE Debt Listings Requirements. The Issuer would therefore like to advise readers of the AFS to exercise caution. In order for the financial statements to comply with the JSE Debt Listings requirements in this regard, the issuer has also engaged a JSE accredited auditor, being PWC South Africa to sign off on the December 2017 Financial Statements with a view of publishing these on the issuer’s website as soon as possible. During the JSE accreditation process, PWC Botswana has made the necessary applications with the JSE in order to receive the approval of both the individual and audit firm which is currently being reviewed by the JSE.
