As per the JSE Debt Listings Requirements, Noteholders are
advised that the Annual Financial Statements for The Thekwini
Fund 14 (RF) Limited for the year ended 31 December 2017 have
been    made    available    on   the     issuer’s   website:

Noteholders are also advised that the issuer’s audit reports
were unqualified and that there were no restatements of the
previous year’s annual financial statements.
