The five-year USD- denominated Bond matures on 2 May 2023 and carries a fixed interest rate of 5.872 per cent payable semi- annually. The Company has applied for the Bond to be admitted to the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange and to trade on its regulated market. The Bond has been rated Baa3 by Moody's. The net proceeds from the offering will be used to further the Company's internationalisation strategy, including further investment into Europe, including its initial investment into Griffin Premium Re.. N.V. (“GPRE”) as announced on 12 April 2018, as well as to refinance Euro debt obligations and other general corporate purposes. Deutsche Bank AG (London Branch) and J.P.
