NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report for the year ended 31 December 2017 will be
distributed to shareholders today, 29 March 2018 and is available on the company’s website,
www.workforce.co.za. The integrated annual report contains no modifications to the audited summarised
consolidated results for the year ended 31 December 2017 published on SENS on 15 March 2018.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company’s shareholders will be held at
11 Wellington Road, Parktown on Monday, 7 May 2018 at 10:00 (and not Monday, 31 May 2018 as indicated
in the notice of annual general meeting that was printed and distributed to shareholders) to transact the
business stated in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained in the integrated annual
report. Shareholders are advised that the notice of annual general meeting, as contained in the integrated
annual report that has been uploaded on the company’s website reflects the correct date of the annual
general meeting throughout.
The board of directors of the company determined that, in terms of section 62(3)(a), as read with section 59
of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), as amended, the record date for the purposes of determining
which shareholders of the company are entitled to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is
Thursday, 26 April 2018. Accordingly, the last day to trade Workforce shares in order to be recorded in the
Register to be entitled to vote will be Monday, 23 April 2018.
