RESIGNATION OF COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Ms Ntokozo Makomba has
resigned as Quantum Foods company secretary with effect from 31 May 2018 to
pursue other career opportunities.

The board of Quantum Foods (“the Board”) will commence a process of
identifying a suitable replacement candidate and shareholders will be
advised as soon as such appointment has been made.

The Board would like to thank Mrs Makomba for her valued contributions
and wish her well in her future endeavours.
