Termination Of Acquisition Of 100% Shareholding In Brittan Healthcare Group Proprietory Limited (“Brittan Healthcare”) 


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by Go Life International on SENS on 15 November 2017 wherein the 
Company announced the acquisition of 100% shareholding in Brittan HealthCare subject to the fulfilment of outstanding 
conditions precedent (“the Acquisition”).

Shareholders are hereby advised that, after the completion of a comprehensive due diligence, the Company has decided to 
terminate the agreement entered into and the Acquisition is of no further force or effect.

Go Life International will still seek opportunities within the Brittan medical devices and medical consumable products.


Go Life International has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the AltX of the 
JSE.
