RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that River Group has resigned as company secretary of Gold Brands and Acorim
Secretarial & Governance has been appointed as the new company secretary effective from 1
March 2018.

The board would like to thank River Group for their contribution to the Company.
