AVAILABILITY OF THE GUARANTOR INTERIM RESULTS

Bondholders are advised that the interim results (“the interims”) of the Guarantor, The Bidvest Group, for the
period ended 30 December 2017 are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.

The interims of the Guarantor have also been made available on their website at www.bidvest.co.za.

Further to the above, bondholders are hereby advised that there have been no restatements to previously
published annual financial statements.
