CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are advised that Mr Brent Kairuz (MBA) has been
appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Imbalie Beauty with
immediate effect, bringing with him 18 years franchising
experience and he will drive the overall strategic vision of
Imbalie Beauty of becoming the leading beauty and wellness
franchise group.

Mrs Esna Colyn, the former Chief Executive Officer, remains
committed to Imbalie Beauty and will support Brent in the
position of Chief Operating Officer.
