NOTICE TO BONDHOLDERS REGARDING A REPORT AND CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Bondholders are referred to the announcements released by the Issuer on SENS on 9 February 2018
and 12 February 2018 in respect of a response issued to rumours and allegations of a report issued by
360ne as well as the cautionary announcement which has since been withdrawn by the Issuer.
