The company hereby announces the appointment of Sandarie Le Roux as the new financial director of
Acsion Limited with immediate effect.

Ms. Le Roux is a chartered accountant with broad experience as a financial manager at JSE listed
companies, including a property company and at a large private company in the motor industry. She is a
welcome addition to the board of directors.
