RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
advised that Ms Xiaoyin Zhou has resigned from the board of
the Company with effect from 30 January 2018. Ms Zhou is no
longer in the employ of Jinchuan Group Limited, whose
interests she was representing on the board.

The board would like to thank Ms Zhou for her contribution in
the Company and wishes her success in her future endeavours.
