GUARANTOR
Prospective bondholders are advised that the annual financial statements (“the financial statements”) of the
Issuer for the year ended 30 September 2017 and the financial statements of the Guarantor to the
ZAR 2,000,000,000.00 Note Programme, for the year ended 30 September 2017 are available for inspection at
the Issuer’s registered office.
The financial statements of the Issuer have also been made available on their website at
www.transactioncapital.co.za/transcap.php.
Prospective bondholders are also advised that the audit report on the financial statements of the Issuer and
the Guarantor is unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
Furthermore, the Issuer would like to advise prospective bondholders that no restatement(s) to previously
published financial statements have been included in the financial statements.
