AMENDMENT TO THE NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS AND THE ACCOMPANYING FORM OF
PROXY

Further to the announcement on 21 November 2017, entitled Abridged Report
for the year ended 30 September 2017, in which Indequity shareholders
“Shareholders” were given notice of the tenth annual general meeting of
Indequity on Tuesday, 16 January 2018 at 11:00, Shareholders are hereby
advised of an error in the Notice to Shareholders and the accompanying Form
of Proxy as follows:

   -   With regard to the following ordinary resolution “To elect directors
       in accordance with the company’s Memorandum of Incorporation. The
       Memorandum of Incorporation requires that G Williamson retire at the
       annual general meeting. JF Zwarts is eligible for re-election. The
       reference to JF Zwartz should be to G Williamson.

Shareholders can obtain the amended Notice to Shareholders and the amended
Form of Proxy from www.indequity.com.
