DOMESTIC MEDIUM TERM NOTE PROGRAMME - ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE ISSUER AND THE
GUARANTOR

Bondholders are advised that, as required in respect of the Group’s ZAR 1,000,000.00 Domestic Medium Term
Note Programme, the annual financial statements of the Issuer, Group Five Limited, and that of the Guarantor,
Group Five Construction Proprietary Limited, for the year ended 30 June 2017 are available for inspection at
the Issuer’s registered office.

The annual financial statements of the Issuer are also available on the Group’s website at
http://www.groupfive.co.za/ir_reports.php.

Bondholders are also advised that an unqualified audit report has been issued in respect of both the Issuer’s
and the Guarantor’s annual financial statements. The Guarantor’s audit report includes an emphasis of matter
pertaining to areas which required specific attention in addressing the Guarantor’s going concern.

Furthermore, the Issuer would like to advise bondholders that no restatement(s) to previously published
annual financial statements have been included or required in either of the annual financial statements.
