AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE GUARANTOR

Bondholders are advised that the annual financial statements (“the financial statements”) of the Guarantor to
the ZAR 10 000 000 000.00 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, for the year ended 30 June 2017 are
available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.

Bondholders are also advised that the audit report on the financial statements of the Guarantor are
unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
