AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE GUARANTORS

Bondholders are advised that the annual financial statements (“the financial statements”) of the Issuer Parent,
enX Leasing Investments Proprietary Limited (formerly Eqstra Investments Proprietary Limited) and fellow
Subsidiary Guarantors (“the Guarantors”), of the Issuer’s Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, for the 14
months ended 31 August 2017 are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered office.

Bondholders are also advised that the audit reports on the financial statements of the Guarantors are
unqualified, with no modifications applicable.
