UPDATE ON TIMING OF RELEASE OF THE ABRIDGED APPLICABLE PRICING SUPPLEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the previous SENS announcement dated 12 December
2017 regarding the establishment of Tradehold’s ZAR1,250,000,000 Domestic
Preference Share Programme (the “SENS Announcement”) in which it was
announced that the Abridged Applicable Pricing Supplement would be announced
on SENS on 14 December 2017. Shareholders are advised that the SENS will now
be announced on 15 December 2017.
