Notice is hereby given that the 3 month ZAR JIBAR rate as at 4
December 2017 is 7.125% p.a.

Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 4 March 2018
(Following Business Day Convention applicable), for the period 4
December 2017 to 3 March 2018 will be calculated on a rate of 8.555%
(143 bps over 7.125%).
