    AND

-   THE DISCLOSURE OF AN ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES IN TERMS OF SECTION
    122 OF THE COMPANIES ACT

1. The sale and acquisition of securities by associates of directors

In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements (“Listings
Requirements”), the Company hereby discloses the following sale and acquisition of securities by
associates of directors:

                                                Sassoon Children’s Trust of which Mr RDEB

                                                beneficiary and Mr MEE Sassoon is a
                                                discretionary beneficiary

2. Disclosure of an acquisition of securities

    In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, as amended
    (“Companies Act”) and section 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements, Sasfin shareholders
   are hereby advised that the Company has received formal notification in the prescribed
   manner that Unitas has acquired an interest in the securities of the Company
   (“Acquisition”). Following the Acquisition, the total direct interest in the securities of the
   Company held by Unitas has increased from 38.7% to 41.0% of the total issued share
   capital of the Company and the direct interest in the securities held by Rolbase has
   decreased from 2.3% to 0.0% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
