Listing of additional AfricaPalladium debentures - ETFPLD


Africa ETF has, from commencement of 09 November 2017, issued an additional 100,000
AfricaPalladium debentures at an approximate issue price of R140.57 per additional
AfricaPalladium debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 985.57 troy
ounces of Palladium.

After the additional issue, there will be 44,250,000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 444,250.870 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
