CHANGE TO THE BOARD


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr Mitesh Patel has
resigned as non-executive Chairman and member of the Board of
the Company, effective 25 October 2017. The Board thanks Mitesh
for his contribution to the Company and wish him all the best in
his new position as CEO of Nkonki Inc.
