LITIGATION UPDATE


The Board is pleased to announce the outcome of the arbitration proceedings against Huge
Group Limited (“Huge”).

Huge and TeleMasters agreed to separate what they believe to be the most contentious issues
in the dispute between them for adjudication by the appointed arbitrator. The arbitrator
ruled on these issues and found in TeleMaster’s favour in respect of two of the three issues.

These issues now being disposed of, TeleMasters will engage with Huge in an attempt to settle
the dispute in its entirety and, failing such settlement, TeleMasters will approach the
arbitrator for a date for the final adjudication of the matter, including the determination of
the quantum of TeleMaster’s claim.
