LIMITED (“FINANCIAL SECURITIES”) IN RMI

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act (no
71 of 2008) and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that RMI has received
notification that Financial Securities has elected the
reinvestment option offered by RMI to shareholders as part of
its dividend declaration. Financial Securities now holds
30.13% of the total issued ordinary shares of RMI.
