NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s integrated annual report, which incorporates
the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2017 (the “Annual
Report”), will be dispatched to shareholders on or about Friday, 22 September 2017. The
Annual Report is also available on the Company’s website at www.visualinternational.co.za.

The audited financial statements contain no changes to the audited results released on SENS
on 15 September 2017.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company’s shareholders
(“AGM”) will be held at 10:00 on Wednesday, 24 January 2018 at 23 Kleinplaas, Hohenhort
Street, Stellenberg, Cape Town, to transact the business as stated in the notice of AGM forming
part of the Annual Report.

Record Dates
The record date for the posting of the Annual Report is Friday, 15 September 2017. The record
date on which shareholders of the Company must be registered as such in the Company’s
securities register in order to attend, participate and vote at the AGM is Friday, 19 January
2018. The last day to trade in the Company’s securities in order to be eligible to vote at the
AGM will be Tuesday, 16 January 2018.
