INTEREST RATE RESET

Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 20 June 2017 is 7.317%p.a. (“JIBAR”). The
next interest payment, payable on 20 September 2017 (*Following), for the period 20 June 2017 to
19 September 2017, will be calculated based on a rate of 8.567% p.a. (125bps over JIBAR).

* When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non business day, such Interest Payment Date shall be
postponed to the next business day.

The next re-set date is 20 September 2017.
