Further to the publication of the aforementioned announcement and in compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited (“JSE”), Shareholders are hereby advised that, Ms. Octavia Matshidiso Matloa (“Ms. Matloa”) has been appointed as an independent non- executive director to the Board and as chairperson of the AR Committee, which appointments are with immediate effect. Summary curricula vitae of Ms. Matloa: Ms. Matloa (41) is a chartered accountant registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. She completed her articles with PwC in South Africa in 2000 before joining the Department of Public Transport, Roads and Works in the Gauteng province, first as deputy chief financial officer, followed by chief director management accounting. Since this time, Ms. Matloa has founded a number of businesses, including Tsidkenu Chartered Accountants Incorporated and Mukundi Mining Resources. In 2009, she was appointed by the High Court of South Africa as the insurance industry's first female curator. Ms. Matloa served on the board of Great Basin Gold and Village Main Reef, quoted gold mining companies, between 2011 and 2015, and is currently an independent non-executive director of Petra Diamonds and eXtract Holdings. This has been concluded and the JSE has made the decision not to take enforcement action against Avior Capital Markets Proprietary Limited. 3.
