Mrs Mojela was appointed to the Board in 2005 and has served Distell with distinction in a number of capacities, including being a member of the remuneration and nomination committees and she played an instrumental part in Distell’s broad-based black economic empowerment transaction, considered to be one of the most successful broad-based empowerment transactions. Mr Van der Ross has also served the Company with great success since his appointment in 2008. Through his wide-ranging business insights and his passion for the Company, he has made an enduring contribution over many years and provided significant strategic contribution to the evolution of the group.
