RESIGNATION OF A DIRECTOR OF A SUBSIDIARY


The board of directors of AfroCentric (“the Board”) hereby notifies shareholders that Mr Gawie
Erasmus has resigned as an executive director and chief executive officer of Pharmacy Direct
Proprietary Limited with effect from 31 August 2017.

The Board thanks Gawie for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well in his future
role in the IT industry.
