NO CHANGE STATEMENT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND AVAILABILITY OF
B-BBEE ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are advised that PSV’s Integrated Annual Report for the year ended 28 February 2017 has
been distributed to shareholders today, 25 July 2017 and is available on the Company’s website,
www.psvholdings.com. The Integrated Annual Report contains no modifications to the provisional audited
condensed consolidated results published on SENS on 31 May 2017.
The annual financial statements were audited by the Company’s auditors, Certified Master Auditors Inc., and
their unmodified report is available for inspection at PSV’s registered office.
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 10:00 on Thursday,
24 August 2017 at Stoneridge Office Park, 8 Greenstone Place, Building C, 2nd Floor, Greenstone Hill to
transact the business as stated in the notice of the Annual General Meeting, which is contained in the
Integrated Annual Report.
The board of directors of PSV has determined that, in terms of section 62(3)(a), as read with section 59 of
the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), as amended, the record date for the purposes of determining
which shareholders of the Company are entitled to participate in and vote at the Annual General Meeting is
Friday, 18 August 2017. Accordingly, the last day to trade in PSV shares in order to be recorded in the
Register to be entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting will be Tuesday, 15 August 2017.
Shareholders are further advised that the Company’s annual compliance report in terms of Section 13G(2)
of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act No. 46 of 2013, is available on the
Company’s website, www.psvholdings.com.
