No Change Statement and Posting of Annual Report
Shareholders are advised that the company’s Annual Report incorporating, inter alia, the audited
annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2016 and a notice of the annual general
meeting, was distributed to shareholders on Friday, 7 July 2017 and is available on the company’s
website, www.ame.co.za.

The audited consolidated financial statements contain no modifications to the reviewed results
released on SENS on 25 May 2017.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the nineteenth annual general meeting of shareholders will be held in the
boardroom, Block B, Oxford Office Park, No. 5 8th Street, Houghton Estate, Johannesburg at 10:00 on
Wednesday, 23 August 2017.

Record Date
The record date on which shareholders of the company must be registered as such in the company’s
securities register in order to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 18 August 2017.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to vote at the annual general meeting will accordingly be
Tuesday, 15 August 2016.
