CHANGES TO MANAGEMENT

Noteholders are advised of Mr Reginald Boqo’s imminent departure from the
City of Johannesburg as its Group Chief Financial Officer, to explore new
ventures outside the City of Johannesburg. Mr Boqo has diligently served the
City of Johannesburg since 2013 and leaves behind a competent team.

The issuer’s recruitment process is currently underway and a new Group Chief
Financial Officer will be announced in due course. Mr Ishwar Ramdas is
currently acting as the Group Chief Financial Officer.

The Issuer would like to thank Mr Boqo for his contribution and wishes him
well in all his future endeavours.
