FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 MARCH 2017

BSI shareholders are advised that there has been a delay in finalising the provisional
consolidated financial results for the year ended 31 March 2017 (“Results”).
Consequently, the Company expects to publish the Results on or about 12 July 2017.
