REFINANCING THE GROUP

Adcorp wishes to refer noteholders to the announcement released on the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange News Service (“SENS”) by the Issuer on 27 June 2017 regarding a new strategic
shareholder and an update on refinancing of the Group.
