Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 22 September 2017
(Following Business Day Convention applicable*), for the period 22
June 2017 to 21 September 2017 will be calculated on a rate of 8.37%
(105 bps over 7.32%).

*When the Interest Payment Date falls on a non-business day, such
Interest Payment Date shall be postponed to the following business
day.
