NOTICE TO NOTEHOLDERS REGARDING DEBT SPONSOR SERVICES TO SOAPSTONE INVESTMENTS LIMITED

Noteholders are advised that RMB, the Debt Sponsor to Soapstone Investments Limited (“Soapstone” or
“the Issuer”), has received failed delivery confirmations from the email addresses of its key contacts
persons at Soapstone stating that such e-mails addresses have been disabled. This places the Debt Sponsor
in a situation of being unable to communicate with client, obtain instructions and ensure compliance with
the ongoing obligations in terms of the Debt Listing Requirements that Soapstone is required to adhere to.

In the circumstances, RMB has given the Issuer 30 days’ notice to terminate its debt sponsor services in
terms of the provisions of the mandate agreement via email, registered post and courier services, which is
effective 8 July 2017.
