DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF DISTELL’S ORDINARY SHARES

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71
of 2008 ("Companies Act"), and paragraph 3.83(b) of the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are
hereby advised that:

- Other Beverage Interests Proprietary Limited ("OBI") has
  disposed of its 26.4% beneficial interest in the issued
  ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") of the Company such
  that as a result of the disposal, it no longer holds any
  beneficial interest in the Company; and

- The Public Investment Corporation SOC Ltd has acquired a
  beneficial interest in the Ordinary shares of the Company
  such that as a result of the acquisition, it now holds a
  beneficial interest in the Company of 27.67% of the
  Ordinary Shares.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act,
the Company has filed the required notices with the Takeover
Regulation Panel.
