The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Justin Colling as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company with effect from 3 April 2017. Mr Colling has had twenty-four years of contract and mining experience, including nine years in Africa. He was previously the Chief Executive Officer of eXtract Group Limited (formerly known as Eqstra Holdings Limited). He was an Executive General Manager with Thiess Africa (Proprietary) Limited and President Director of PT Leighton Contractors Asia, India and Executive General Manager of their Asia Mining business. Prior to that, Mr Colling served as an Executive Director of Moolmans South Africa. The Board extends a warm welcome to Mr Colling and wishes to thank Ms Miller for her contribution as Interim CEO.
