CHANGE TO THE BOARD

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements
shareholders are advised that Lesego Sennelo has resigned as an independent non-
executive director of the Company and Sasfin Bank Limited with effect from 28 March
2017.

The Board thanks Lesego for her invaluable contribution to the Sasfin group and
wishes her well in her future engagements.
