Listing of additional AfricaRhodium debentures - ETFRHO

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 05 January 2017, issued an additional 25,000
AfricaRhodium debentures at an approximate issue price of 103.75 per additional AfricaRhodium
debenture, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 247.664 ounces of Rhodium.

After the additional issue, there will be 4,915,555 AfricaRhodium debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 48,976.597 fine troy ounces of Rhodium.
