Shareholders are advised that the Company’s Integrated Annual Report incorporating the annual
financial statements for the 12 months ended 29 February 2016 is available on the Company’s
website, www.visualinternational.co.za and is being posted to shareholders. The audited financial
statements contain no changes to the audited consolidated results for the year ended 29 February
2016 released on the Stock Exchange New Service of the JSE Limited on Friday, 25 November 2016.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of ordinary shareholders will be held at
10:00 on Thursday, 22 December 2016 at 23 Kleinplaas, Hohenhort Street, Stellenberg, Cape Town,
7550, to transact the business as stated in the notice of annual general meeting forming part of the
Integrated Annual Report.

Record Dates
The board of directors of the Company has determined that the record date for the purpose of
determining which shareholders of the Company are entitled to receive notice of this annual
general meeting is Friday, 11 November 2016 and the record date for purposes of determining
which shareholders of the Company are entitled to participate in and vote at the annual general
meeting is Thursday, 15 December 2016.

Accordingly, only shareholders who are registered in the register of shareholders of the Company
on Thursday, 15 December 2016 will be entitled to participate in and vote at the annual general
meeting.
