REPORT ON PROCEEDINGS AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting ("the
meeting"), held on 22 November 2016, all the ordinary and special
resolutions proposed were approved by the requisite majority of
votes.

In this regard, Hospitality confirms the voting statistics from
