TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i) of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange (“JSE”), listed companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon
they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the period to be reported on
will differ by at least 20% from those of the previous corresponding period. Shareholders
are advised that:

-    The loss per share is expected to be (5.45) cents per share, reflecting a decrease of
     46.9%, when compared to the loss of (3.71) cents per share reported for the prior
     year ended 29 February 2015; and
-    Headline loss per share is expected to be (4.75) cents per share reflecting a
     decrease of 21.22% when compared to the loss of (3.92) cents per share reported for
     the prior year ended 29 February 2015.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed
or audited by the Company’s auditors, Baker Tilly Greenwoods Chartered Accountants.
