SABMiller Plc, the guarantor of the Issuer’s obligations under its ZAR6,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note
Programme, SABMiller Plc has re-registered as a private company and its name has been changed to SABMiller
Limited with effect from 6 October 2016.
