STATEMENTS

Annual Financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2016
Sasol Inzalo Public's annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2016, prepared in accordance with
International Financial Reporting Standards, have been
published on the Company website at www.sasolinzalo.com.

The Company’s annual financial statements contain no changes
to the reviewed provisional results which were published on
16 September 2016. The Company’s auditors,
PricewaterhouseCoopers Incorporated, have audited the annual
financial statements and their unqualified report is
available for inspection at the Company’s registered office.

Copies of annual financial statements for the year ended
30 June 2016
A copy of the annual financial statements of the Company may
be obtained by every person who holds or has a beneficial
interest in any securities issued by the Company, without
charge, as follows:

1. By downloading a copy of the annual financial statements
   from the Company’s website, www.sasolinzalo.com; or
2. By requesting a copy of the annual financial statements
