APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange (“JSE”), shareholders are advised that Mr John Connaway CA(SA)
has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 14 September 2016.

John qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1984. He has had extensive experience
in commerce and industry in the past 32 years.
